I feel weird when people say that I'm lucky for being able to do what I'm doing right now. I feel weird because I struggle to consider this luck. This is a product of HARD work. Of multiple double shifts, sometimes in a row. It's a product of working 3 jobs at a time and selling my homemade products on the side, while being a full time student. It's a product of going to work, then to class, then to work again & doing it over and over and over again. It's a product of very little sleep and a lot of stress. Of a rollercoaster of hopefulness and hopelessness. It's a product of my ruthless dedication of embracing my passions and making my dreams become reality. But, I'm realizing that I AM lucky. I am lucky that I have this wanderlust. I am lucky to have friends, family & a boyfriend that support me. Constantly. Enthusiastically. I am lucky to have the dedication to not sit back and let my dreams be just dreams. I am lucky to have parents that taught me the importance of saving money and budgeting my pennies. I am lucky to have been born into a society where I am able to work hard, save my own money, and feed this travel bug. I am lucky to have a travel partner that hasn't been to India before. I am lucky that this is my second time visiting the Taj Majal!!! Whether my luck led me to work hard, or my hard work led me to luck, I AM LUCKY. . . . . #luck #lucky #india #travel #gratitude #realtalk #tajmahal #agra #couple #love #cityoflove #boyfriend #travellers #backpackers #worldnomads #travelers

I'd love to hear what you have to say, about what I have to say.
