Although the Philippines wasn't on our side, everything happens for a reason. I think that the Philippines was here for us to get over jet lag, learn how to pack our bags, get us accustomed to cold showers, to teach us how to handle our money, and most importantly, that we have the best times when we have absolutely nothing planned, when we explore by ourselves, and just do as we feel in the moment. Philippines, I didn't love you. But, one day I'll be back and try you again. One day, you'll be on my side, and I'll be on yours.
