I am currently hanging out in Bayview, Idaho with my mom and best friend, Chelsea.
I went for a run tonight in preparation for the 9 day Himalayan mountain hike I will be taking part in! The area here in this little town is extremely hilly and uneven and I'm glad I brought my running shoes on vacation with me! I'm hoping that my 45 minute runs that I've been doing (and will continue to do more often as time goes on) a couple of times a week the past month will be enough to prepare me for this trip. And I'm hoping that by running here Ill be able to get used to different terrain! Running in Calgary is alot different than running here. Also, the scenery here is beautiful! I feel blessed to be in this environment.

This is where I am for the next 8 days! On a beautiful lake, surrounded by beautiful hills, with beautiful company :)
